<li>‌<strong>力学性能</strong>‌：<br>采用等离子热喷涂工艺制备的钛酸钡涂层，其显微硬度可达 ‌<strong>550 HV</strong>‌，结合强度高于 ‌<strong>40 MPa</strong>‌，孔隙率可低至 ‌<strong>2%</strong>‌，表明其具备良好的致密性与基体附着力，满足基本工程服役需求。</li>



<li>‌<strong>电学与铁电性能</strong>‌：

<li>原始喷涂态涂层主要为‌<strong>非晶相</strong>‌，介电常数较低（约85）；</li>



<li>经 ‌<strong>1200℃ 热处理</strong>‌后，涂层结晶为四方相 BaTiO₃，介电常数显著提升至 ‌<strong>270</strong>‌，恢复部分铁电性；</li>



<li>压电常数（d₃₃）因喷涂高温导致晶格畸变与氧空位缺陷，‌<strong>低于块体陶瓷</strong>‌（350–380 pC/N），未达商用压电陶瓷水平；</li>



<li>介电损耗（tanδ）在热处理后可控制在合理范围，但高于新型弛豫铁电材料（如 Bi₆Ti₅WO₂₂，tanδ ~ 10⁻³）。</li>
